My first time having an experience with the team was great. They were very patient with me throughout the whole process. I had got a flat tire and Zachery came to my location to help me out. 10/10 overall, he was cool and respectful. Also the person on the phone I called was kind so I really appreciate that!

I came here to get tires on July 5, and one was already flat on July 6. They also took my Toyota hubcap and refused to return it - or even look for it. I came here on the evening of the 5th and paid for 3 tires. There was only one, younger black gentleman working. Once I got to the front of the line, it took about 2 hours for him to actually find the correct tires and start the work. I came back the afternoon of the 6th, and there was an elderly black man and an elderly Hispanic man working there at the time. The elderly Hispanic man told me that flats like this are a regular thing - it happens all the time, and I shouldn’t take it personally. When I brought up the hubcap to the elderly black gentleman, and I pointed out to the missing hubcap, he told me I was “talking a bunch of nonsense”, walked away, and told me they don’t have it. If you want safe tires, and you want to keep all of your belongings, go to a different shop.

Came in to get a plug since I had a nail in my tire. The workers were friendly and quick. They pulled 2 nails out of my tire and let me know that the nails did not puncture the tire so a plug was not needed. I paid 5 bucks and was on my way. Today the same tire is completely flat and now needs to be replaced :(

Picked up a big screw in my tire and thought I was going to need a new one. What a relief it was to find out it was able to be plugged/patched! Osita took a look, repaired it, and charged a very fair price. While he had my car up, he also fixed another issue underneath my car that had been bothering me for a while. He could have easily just done the tire repair and sent me on my way, but he took the extra time to help, and all while it was raining. Good guy, honest service, and no pressure. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone needing tire work.

My partner had a flat tire that we rolled into the shop. Two guys in front of us and we were still in and out in less than 30 minutes. Really friendly guys and they found two nails and a small slash in the tire that they were able to plug. Stellar service and a godsend that they're open on weekends.
